Q/01 Who can refer? +
Anyone in the European GTM community. You don't need to be a member to refer — you do need to actually know the operator you're vouching for.
Q/02 What does a referral pay? +
A flat bounty per placement, tiered by role seniority. The structure is public; bounties are paid net of the candidate's start date. No clawbacks past the guarantee window.
Q/03 What roles can I refer for? +
GTM only — founding GTM, AEs, SDRs, Heads of Sales, VP GTM, RevOps, GTM engineers. We don't do engineers, designers, or ops. We'd do them badly.
Q/04 Do I need an exclusivity agreement? +
No. Refer the same person on other platforms if you want. The first successful placement triggers the bounty.
Q/05 How do you stop spam referrals? +
Human vetting on every candidate. If the operator hasn't actually run the motion they claim, the referral doesn't progress — and you don't get paid.
